Financial Aid
The FAFSA application must be completed by any students wanting to be considered for the following:
Grants: PELL, SEOG, SSOG, ULF, etc. Grants are like scholarships, you don’t need to pay them back.
Loans: Perkins and Stafford Loans are low interest student loans available to those who qualify under federally established guidelines.
Work Study: The work study program is also federally funded and provides part time on campus work opportunities from 5 to 20 hours per week.

**Remember to complete the FAFSA application after January (your parent’s taxes must be competed) of your Senior Year!! Go to www.fafsa.ed.gov to complete the FAFSA and for more information. **
Financial Aid Nights and Scholarship Opportunity:
UHEAA and the Utah Council have teamed up to offer Regional Financial Aid & College Nights throughout the state. They will offer two Financial Aid nights at Weber County schools. The schedule for each of these events is as follows:
Bonneville Regional Financial Aid Night
When: Wed, October 3, 6pm – 8pm
Where: Bonneville High School, Ogden UT (map)
Description: This Regional Financial Aid Night is intended for all high school students, particularly seniors, who live near Bonneville High. Information about financial aid will be distributed during a presentation beginning at 6 pm, and students and parents will have an opportunity to talk with college representatives during a college fair after the presentation. Weber Regional Financial Aid Night
When: Thu, October 4, 6pm – 8pm
Where: Weber High School, Pleasant View UT (map)
Description: This Regional Financial Aid Night is intended for all high school students who live near to Weber High School, particularly seniors (regardless of which school you attend). Information about financial aid will be distributed during a presentation beginning at 6 pm, and students and parents will have an opportunity to talk with college representatives during a college fair after the presentation.
